First, there was a shooting that resulted in the death of a drug-dealing tenant in the 130 building, he was laying bleeding in the hallway of the 4th floor for hours. One of the office staff, Karen to be exact, was on drugs, committing suicide, making sexual noises until all hours of the night, stealing tenant rent money when you went to pay it, she would accept it, and then you receive a notice on your door saying your rent is unpaid.
Regina has lied on numerous occacions, the pool attendants are drunk on a consistant basis. This IS NOT A SAFE OR HAPPY PLACE TO LIVE!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!
