First, the grounds are so clean and beautiful you could eat off them, its something you would have to see for yourself. I have been living here for 7 years and have never had a problem with any of my neighbors or the fantastic staff in the office.
when there is a problem in your apartment, the staff sends maintence immediatly, even if its 3:00 A.M. they will be there to fix whatever the problem is, I cant say the same for other places ive lived, it really gives me peace of mind living in York Brook Apartments. The swimming pools are always spotless, the fitnees center, library, tennis courts, and pond almost makes everyday seem like a vacation. I look forward to seeing my lovely grounds, neighbors, and resort like settings. I have lived in 3 different apartments at this property and I can say that the views are just breathtaking. I actually look forward to going in and paying my rent, the ladies that work the front office are so helpfull, kind, professional, caring and in full control of the way York Brook Apartments is managed. The majority of the neighbors that I speak to, and thats alot, always suggest that if you ever have a problem and need assistance, go and speak to Karen, Michele, or that sweet lady Sue, I feel the same. the only downside that I can speak of would have to be parking, sometimes its a little hard to find a good spot in the late evening, but i guess everything cant be perfect.
