This place is horrible.
Repairs are impossible...my unit actually caught on fire due to the incompetence of the maintenance and management.
My neighbors included drug dealers, 2 child molesters, and a convicted murderer. In fact, my unit was previously a meth house. I was completely unaware of this until former custumors tried to break into my apartment thinking the same people lived there. Chateau's solution--I could move to another unit but would have to pay another deposit and my rent would be increased.

WHATEVER YOU DO..STAY AWAY FROM CHATEAU!!!!! I moved into the apartment and within a week i had head lice and genital warts...the cockroaches even had head lice....my neighbor always takes a piss on my porch...it's starting to attract stray cats from the apartment down the street...there must be fifty cats in one apartment. The child molester has repeatedly try to break in my home....the only tv station i get is animal planet, jerry springer, and the porn station....the RATS have finally moved in and they nibble at my toes at night....i could go on but you get the jist.... STAY AWAY!!!
