i moved in here in october 2008. it is just a one bedroom, but a spacious one. it is elegant, lots of light and new appliances. The carpet was dirty upon moving in, but that is all I can say wasnt up to par. Laundry room right outside my front door in the hallway.
For the most part the unit is very nice and very quiet. have had a few problems with a recent neighbor, but she just isnt used to the sound requirements of apartment living, and how to respect her neighbors.
The management has always been very friendly, extremely helpful and pleasant whenever I needed them.
The rent includes all untilities except electric.
This is not like many apartments - this is a home and I love mine.
