HORRRRRIBBBLLEEE i have live in the "chateau ghetto" for 8 months now. and i have had just enough of them. i have had many problems with the maitence men here. they are lazy and gross. i have just about every room leak from water when it rains. the neighbors are gross. please save your self

WAS IFFY...NOW I AM NOT!!!! If you are not sure about Chateau, do yourself a favor. Go look at the property. I was real close to just not showing up for my appointment to see an apt. I looked at Lafayette, Rocwood, and a couple of others...Chateau was the prettiest one I saw!!!!!!
