ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
After reading the other reviews, I couldn't believe how many similarities there were to my story. We also lived at Avalon from the time it opened. We've been moved out for about a month and a half and still have yet to see our security deposit. We tried to call but, as usual, they never returned our calls.
I won't go into our experiences as they are almost identical to the ones in the other 2 negative reviews. Let me sum it up with these words of advice... DON'T RENT FROM AVALON AT STRATFORD GREENE! This is a management company that does nothing but sit around and try to think of new fees to charge. They don't give a @#&* about providing customer service to their residents and they are well on their way to running down the whole place due to lack of upkeep. The only pleasant employees were the maintenance team. They were very polite and friendly, but the materials they are given to repair with are inadequate.
Save yourself the grief and aggravation (not to mention a ton of money) and rent somewhere else!
