If you have nothing to do, and all the free time in the world...this is the place for you. Their motto of "Time Well Spent", is a joke!!! You spend more then half of your time dealing with problems with your apartment, and the other half dealing with the helpless staff. On move day, the unit they signed me up for was DIRTY, SMELLED, & NOT A LUXURY RENTAL!!! It took almost 2 months before they fixed the bug problem and the smell problem. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbor caugh, sneeze, laugh, & even use the bathroom''' Its like everyone lives together in one unit. You have ZERO privicy!!! If you don't mind bugs then you will not mind living here. They tell you that since the community is on wetland it comes with bugs''' The staff is helpless and corporate is just as bad. You will get treated like garbage by whomever you talk to.

Recommendations:
Invest in a lot of bug spray.
Don't have friends or family over because they will not be able to park.
Prepare yourself for NO PRIVICY.
Keep everything in writing (you will need for proof when dealing with the staff)

I moved in on 6/5/06 and have yet to hear my neighbors upstairs or to the side. When I moved in the place was so clean, I could have eaten off the floor. Because my apartment is in the back, I have all the privacy I could need. My unit came with a garage and a spot in front of the garage, so parking isn't an issue. I think the wetlands are beautiful, and since we share the Earth with other animals, bugs will always be there. Maybe the apartment you got was bad, but, in my opinion, this is one of the nicer communities and staff around.

I agree with rbrohammer. I only hear my neighbors when they crank up the music volume too high, but other than that I have no problem with noise or parking. We all get a garage and the driveway to park, and I still see several paking spots for guests available. As far as the bugs go, well, one or 2 every 20 days or so is the maximum I ever caught, so I don't think it's that bad. The staff is nice and they don't treat you like this guy says.

I totally agree with the out of control bug issue. Every day I have killed large silver fish and other large bugs. If you idea of luxury is having a silver fish climb up your leg when your working or crawl across your face when sleeping then this is the place for you. p.s. they also get into your clothing in the closet and no amount of terminex will get rid of them.

This place is a dump. For what they charge, you'd think they could take care of the bugs, the cheap appliances and fixtures (I swear they buy surplus seconds) and overall look of the property. The buildings look very nice but it all ends there. We moved into a dirty, smelly and only partially repainted apartment. This is a laugh since they charge each tenant a $250 "maintenance" fee, which is for the cleaning and repainting of the unit when you move out. I guess they owe the tenant before me a refund because they didn't do a thing but had me the keys. These people saying that this place are either lucky or just plain fools. The entire staff has rotated in the last year and doesn't seem much better except that their excuses are better. They just added to my displeasure by moving in to 20-something guys next door who have zero concept of volume control or respect for their neighbors (As I type this, it's 10:50 on Saturday night and they've been at it for about 4 hours already with no end in sight). My last apartment was nearly half the price and was of better quality. Needless to say, I won't be renewing and I will not recommend it. Stay clear of this place!
