Im on the fence about renewing my lease here. Big complaint is the constant change to the pricing structure. Not but one month after I signed my lease, the rent for an apartment with the same floorplan as mine went down $150 from what I am currently paying. This is an $1800 a year tax I have to pay, while the new tenant does not!
I understand market flux, but there needs to be a better cost control plan to keep residents from leaving at the end of their lease. I feel that I have been taken for a ride as the services and attention to detail by staff is grossly lacking. For what I pay in monthly rent to live in these "luxury apartments" I would expect a better quality of care from management.
