Great management, grounds, layouts, parking, and neighborhood. Problem is, for us computer junkies, there is no broadband available in the area this complex is in. To make things worse, they insist on contracting with small-time cable providers (TVMax) instead of offering Comcast cable (& digital cable, & soon - Cable Internet). TVMax charges $50/mo. for something like 35 channels and does not offer broadband or digital cable.
