This community used to be the best around. It was always expensive, but worth it. Recently, since the new management company (Metric) took it over, the community has gone down hill. The buildings and hallways are dirty and look neglected. The cable/high speed internet has been promised for 3 years and still isn't delivered (although the previous management company made the original promise, it was promised again by the new company). I used to feel much safer and more welcome. Please don't feel this was written by someone completely unhappy with Camden. I used to love the property and I am disappointed to feel forced to be moving on. I spent 2 happy years there, before this current year which has gone down hill. The office staff is incompetent to handle most normal tasks needed by a resident and the maintenance staff is non-existent since the old staff quit one by one once the new company came in. I hope some day Camden can be brought back to it's previous glory. It used to be the best!

** I am adjusting this entry now in December of 2004 and saying that I would recommend the community despite the problems. After living at another community, I decided there were some things I really enjoyed there at Camden such as quiet, safe and upscale. As a side note, I got my full deposit back with interest from Camden when I left. That was a nice surprise. It was only $250, but still very nice to get it back.
