This is my first apartment living on my own. I love the location, I love my building and where it is situated. The staff have always been friendly and considerate to me. I've been told the apartments have concrete between the floors and I believe it eliminates alot of the noise. However, the courtyard can be somewhat noisy at night during warm weather. The courtyard provides alot of amenities such as a pool, sand volleyball, basketball court and horseshoes. The few times I had needed maintenance done, it was done very quickly and efficiently. The rent is kind of steep for my situation but comparable to other apartments within this vicinity. I would highly recommend these apartments.
