They have a mandatory renter's insurance requirement. Must have a minimum personal liablility coverage with limits of liability in an amount of not less than $25,000 per occurrence. This must be obtained prior to move-in.
You also have to pay for water, which is $30 per month.
They don't charge for sewer, garbage, or parking, yet.
If you don't mind being nickel and dimed, this is the place for you.
