The office workers are really nice when you are about to move in. HOwever, they become devil when you move out. There are so many vacancies at the complex that they try to rip you off anyway possible when you move out. WATCH OUT!!!

I understand that when somebody moves out and they leave the apartment is such a bad condition the management office has to charge them for damages, the resident thinks that they can just ignore the fact that they owe for damages and don't realize that they go to collections. Is not until they get a letter from the collection agency that they realize their wrong doing.
