The office and maintence employees are always extremely nice and helpful. They are price competitve with other complexes within the village.

The grounds are beautiful and always clean.

The apartments themselves are spacious and worth the money.

Yes, they require mandatory renter's insurance, but come on, it would be worth it if you started a fire and damaged not only your property but the property of your neighbors.
