I moved in a year ago and my rent for a two bedroom was $935. They raised my rent over a $100. The office stated they would not increase rent more than $25. They do anything to have you move in. You have to get renters insurance and pay all utilites. The apartments are nice and big, but don't trust the staff. The staff is rude!
