This is by far the nicest community I have ever lived at. Yes rent is more than surrounding neighborhoods but the place is well maintained and the apartments are beautiful. Don't complain about the rent, you live here so you see all of the improvements they do. You do have to have insurance...who doesn't! Really did you miss the whole Katrina thing''' What do you expect disasters happen. If you don't like it move your low class self to Carol Stream.
