I have been here 3 months and in 3 months alone, I have found this place to be the best i have lived in so far. The noise levels are soooo low. The maintenance is outstanding. They have since I moved in redone the painting of the doors, the address templates of the doors, and repainted the white lines for parking and visitor parking- although it was hetic at first, they made due and it was done in a timely and efficient manner. The parking is ample - with lots of empty spaces and there is lots of peace and quiet. I barely hear the neighbors, both upstairs and downstairs or across the hall... there have been minor problems which they are quick to fix... leaving notes, memos, etc, making you aware of all of thier problems they are experiencing. The staff is mostly easy to deal with and no problems are made. Everything is taken care of in a timely manner. If you want a nice quiet place to moce into (besides the traffic on Gary that you get used to very quickly) this is the place for YOU!!! Move in and be for once in your life satisfied. DON'T move into FORDHAM GLEN...they will screw you OVER and OVER again... this is the place... trust me... I made the right choice, I hope you will too.
