PROS:
well maintained.
well lit.
safe except for one known occurence of auto theft and one occurence of breaking in the car.
laundry in unit.
locational advantage: bloomingdale is an excellent place for shopping and the apts have stratford square mall behind it and mallard lake forest preserve across the street with meijer, very good for everything in walking distance.

CONS:
extremely greedy and evil staff. money, money and only money matters the, please beware!!
very small apartments for the price and not enough shelf space in the kitchen.
rent is pricey comparing other places.
garages are shared.
no noise insulation whatsoever, even when i play music which i could barely hear, i get complaints from the person downstairs though when i came to sign the lease, the office staff said that there is more than ample insulation, how can you imagine life without music, ehh.

Summary: Look around and you might be lucky!!
