So many problems! Toilets backing up all the time. Walls leaking and creating mold and mildew 4 times!! We left place immaculate when our lease was up and they refused to give us our security and charged us another 270.00 dollars for a spot on the carpet that was barely visible.
The parties they have there are a joke. Not enough food. The dishwasher constantly broke and maintenance is slow in responding. The maintenance staff is very nice but they are overworked and understaffed.
Not worth the cost per month. Very expensive. The grounds are very pretty and well kept up. Dryer problems all the time. We had a private entrance and there was always dog feces by our doorway.
Bulbs always burned out leading to entrance.

Dear Former Resident: I am the Property Manager at Camden at Bloomingdale and I apologize if you feel that your time here was not well spent, however, management changed in September of 2007 and we make every effort to make each residents experience in their home and the community enjoyable. The maintenance team is fully staffed, with an average tenure of 5 years at Camden, and extremely professional and experienced. We strive to provide resident events each month that have been either recommended by residents or that we believe residents have enjoyed in the past, and with ample food and generally prizes as well. We recommend that all residents call immediately if there is every an issue with anything in their apartment so that it can be taken care of as soon as possible, as your satisfaction is what we aim for.
