I have been here for just over 18 months. The first year was pretty good. Neighbors were nice, staff is helpful and responds to problems. However, I have neighbors above me that continually stomp, yell, throw things, slam doors, and let everyone know when they're having sex. I have complained for 18 months, nothing has been done except a phone call here or, a letter. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. If you want somewhere quiet, this isn't the place. Not to mention they won't let you out of your lease early if can't take the noise anymore. They'll just transfer you to a new apartment. Good starter for college students, don't do it if you're ready to move on to somewhere "more grown up."
