Slow maintence and leasing staff! They don't respond when you need them to. The ceilings are cracking and they just come in and fill them and the ceiling continues to crack. Some young kids just moved in and they like to drop fire crackers at midnight. The smell from the apartment below is horrible whatever, I mean whatever they cook comes up through our oven vent. In the summer time bees get into the apartment because there is a nest above us that the maintence with not get rid of. Sliverfish are bad. I wouldn't even waste my time!
