If you enjoy hearing everything that your neighbors are doing, specifically their alarm clock at 4:00a.m followed by a shower, & the slamming of doors above, below & inbetween! Then at 5:45 you awake once again by the beeping of cement/trash trucks or the landscape people whom abandon their weed-eater at 5:45am. Not to forget the ignorance of a maintenance call; that you have paid for in your $840 per month that does not include the non energy efficient cooling units in each room (they continuously run) leaving me w/ an apt air bill of 164.00/mnth. Not to forget the phone cord apparently chopped up by the carpet installers that the apt complex is not responsilbe for. The complex is only responsible for one live jack in the kitchen. This is all aside of the domestic and burglary violence that goes on constantly. In addition, I live in a bldg w/ approx. 18 units at guess w/ 3 washers 4 dryers that do not work or are completely filthy!! However, the golfcourse across the street looks good and if I had a tent I would consider tenancy, unfortunately I am locked into this RIP OFF "LUXURIOUS LIVING"
