I lived here when I was in college and moved out after I got a real job. The A/C units didn't always cool the place and they wouldn't do anything to improve the performance because they were operating within acceptable limits. There were holes in the walls that weren't patched very well and the carpeting was getting old. The cabinets in the kitchen were older and we had ants every year. Some of the tenants were loud and some were not. Sometimes encountered problems with the laundry machines not working.
The only good thing was that it was cheap and provided me with an affordable place to live during college.
