I'm not the type of person to write reviews of anything, but I was shocked to see some of the negative reviews here, so I decided to give Deer Glen my positive comments. I lived there for two years, and never once had any issues AT ALL. I only needed to call maintanance once, and they came almost immediately. The office staff members are among the most courteous and friendly people I have ever met. Although they have hundreds of tenants, the manager and assistant manager both knew me by my first name - and I hardly even went into the office. Additionally, I have had great experiences with them since I moved out. Three times I have had to call them for various reasons, and they have always been extremely helpful and pleasant. My apartment itself was a good size for the money, and the grounds were always very well kept. All of my neighbors were very pleasant. One man even helped me move my couch. I would definitely recommend Deer Glen to anyone who's looking for an affordable apartment in a quiet neighborhood.
