Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002

The 1st mgmt staff was great in 2000, after that the current staff is unspeakable. Extremely poor customer service from the leasing office. Sometimes takes minimum 2-3 days to return your phone calls, **very rude, unprofessional, & demeaning leasing staff. Sometimes can take a month to cash your rent check. Since the condo conversion, they treat all remaining renters poorly and are happy to get rid of you & charge you every last penny. Most awful living experience-NOT recommended at all.
