6/8/07 - Unfortunately this website contains OLD information. I have lived here as a renter and an owner. A lot of hard work has been put into the building by a very caring association board. Parking is adequate, every unit come with at least one indoor parking space. In-unit laundry, indoor pool, great workout room, etc. This building offers more for your money than new condos/townhouse being built in the area.

Rented in 06-08 and it was best place I ever lived. Beatiful and convenient. Some of the owners still rent thier units.
