I lived here for two years and I am leaving at the end of October. I can't wait to leave. Management is not as nice as they appear and are often a pain to deal with. Once you sign the lease, they could care less about you. Don't expect them to help you after you sign the dotted line.

The apartment building is having difficulty filling their units, this should be a HUGE clue that this isn't the place for you. They are running huge discounts on the first couple of months which appear to be a great deal. Buyer beware, it isn't a good deal. Nothing is included in the rent, in fact, the apartment building allocates water, sewer, and trash to all of the units. In addition, you are responsible for heat (which is gas!) and electricity. The windows are very thin and does not keep out the cold air, causing you to constantly run your heat. Since heat is gas, you have huge gas bills during the winter months. The apartments have paper thin walls, I could hear everything that the person who lived above me was doing at any given point during the day.

In addition, there is a really bad bug problem here. The complex is infested with spiders, and they are not little. If you are afaid of spiders, this isn't the place for you. I think I killed an average of 1-2 spiders a day.

Just in case you were still thinking about living here, the complex was recently robbed and all first floor apartments were broken into during the middle of the day! Apparantly no one saw anything, which I find very hard to believe. The circumstances are very fishy, word around the complex is that maintenance may have been responsible or had something to do with it. They appear very shady.

Save your money and do not rent here. I hope no one has to go through what I have over the past two years. Look elsewhere.
