OVERALL GOOD, BUT WATCH FOR HIDDEN FEES IF YOUR PET OWNER

IT'S A GREAT PROPERTY OR WAS A GREAT PROPERTY WHEN WE MOVD IN A YEAR AGO.
1 GOOD ASPECT IS THE MAINTENENCE STAFF VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO PROBLEMS.
RECENTLY WITH NEW MANAGEMENT IN THE OFFICE, THEY HAVE RAISED PET RENT A MONTH FROM $25 TO $45 (FOR WHAT), IT SEEMS THAT THEY HAVE ALLOWED ALMOST ANYONE AND ANYTHING TO MOVE IN.
OVERALL, THE PROPERTY IS WELL MAINTAINED AND RESONABLE IN RENT. JUST BE AWARE OF THE PET FEES AND PARKING FEES.

When I lived there in 2003 pet fee was 25 for cat & 45 for dog, they may have raised it if you had a dog because they were finding a lot of damage done by the dogs.
