I'm a resident of 3yrs. Would like to comment on the breakins the property had. It could hapen anywhere !!! From what I've heard all the apts were locked and the damage that was done to the doors in order for them to get in was pretty extensive. I know of several occasions where my neghbors have just bussed people in without knowing who their letting in. The staff at the property is not here to babysit grown adults.We all know what we should and should not be doing. As for it being an inside job (Maint), why would they create more work for them selfs, they have access to 200 plus residents apts KEYS, wouldn't it make more sense to use the keys. What the hell would you do if your house was broken into' Blame your mort co. It can happen anywhere !!!

First of all, it is buzzed, not bussed. Obviously you are trash and that is why you reside here. Go back to elementary school; you obviously need a course in spelling and grammar. Second of all, you said it yourself, the damage was extensive! Wouldn't it stand to reason that a normal person living in the building would hear it and wonder what is going on? Obviously it was an inside job, this place is so broke it probably needed money to maintain the property and what better way to get that money than to steal their tenants belongings. This person works for the complex, do not listen to anything they are saying. The majority of the comments regarding this property are negative; it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize this place isn't a good find.

How the hell do you know that the property is broke? Do you personally know Sam Zell and the CEO of Equity? You're just an ignorant person that is very bitter towards life in general, so you have to bad mouth the good people that run this place. Go back home and live mommy and daddy and maybe when you 40 you'll grow up, get a place of your own and be able to play with the big kids!
