I was going to move here despite the negative comments. I looked at an apartment and was told a lower price per month. When I went back 2 days later to turn in my application I was told a much higher price. Their specials are special only to them! What does the rent cover any way' You have to pay for water, trash, heat and of course your electric. When I asked how much the water and trash were per month I was told $35.00. I paid that much in a house. Who are they kidding' Are there water meters on each apartment' I was also told that they would change the filters on the furnace 2 times a year but that the furnace door is always locked and they are the only ones with a key. Hmmmm' A good way for them to check on your apartment condition. What if you wanted to change your filters more the 2 times a year' They get you coming and going and I decided to go before renting there. Many apartments in the area with a more trusting management team.

You're mental!! Prices change without notice...just like if you go to Target..one day it's on sale, 2 days later it's not. As far as a locked furnace room. Yes, it's locked so idiots like you don't stack boxes in there to cause fires. If the mgmt. wants to check the condition of your apt. they have every right to - what are you hiding?!?!?! So glad you choose NOT to move there!! Stupid people not allowed.
