I was very happy with this complex while living there, I moved out due to work re-location to the far northern subs but would have stayed if I could, I had no trouble with noise or parking and maintenance was always timely and complete

did you have anyone living above you? the insulation between floors here is terrible..the worst ive ever experienced and ive lived in my share of "commune living" type places

I lived on the 3rd floor but I had friends in other buildings that lived on the first & second floors & they never complained about any noise
