Have been here over 3yrs, and have never had any issues. Office staff is always freindly, helpful. The maintenance staff has always completed any issues most of the time the same day it's called in and if not the next day. Noise sometimes is an issue, but what do expect for apartment living. If you want dead silence, then you should be living in a single family home. I love it here and will hate to leave when the time comes!!!!!
