As a first time home buyer I would say that for the most part this property is what it seems. The grounds are average and so is the workmanship. The longer we have lived here the more little things we have found wrong. Luckily we are handy enough to correct most ourselves. The sales people are lovely, but remember that is also their job. Good luck dealing with Equity or Charlie, the current property manager, once they have your money. They both schedule appointments and never show. Can't wait til they are gone-- So long Charlie, don't let the door hit ya on the way out!! I hope once everything is turned over to the owners and association that things will improve. Just remember that no place is perfect...
