Although rent is high, you get what you pay for. Nice neighbors, quiet, nice landscaping and excellent management and maintenance. Never had any problems. Very clean, nice apartments. No bug problems. Lots of special events they management puts on that are a lot of fun. Definately the place to live in Bloomingdale.
