I agree that there needs to be an added security deposit for pets, however do not think that it is fair to add more to monthly rent - people with children do not have to pay extra for the children.

Would like to have a long term lease option, i.e. 2 or more years without rent increase.

Parking occasionally difficult - need to have guests park in a "guest area" - many times have to walk considerable distance on weekends/holidays due to other tennant's guests.

Overall this is a nice place to live, I feel relatively safe (safe as anyone can feel in this day & age). Nice size rooms, plenty of electrical outlets, walk-in closets are great, sprinklers in every room, washer & dryer in unit which is a blessing I am willing to pay a bit extra for.
