There are many times when people are having late night pool parties (till around 2:00 AM) although the pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM. The person that showed the apartment said that there was no problems with the pool in the past and that pool hours were until 10 PM, so didn't think twice about that being a problem. This has been ongoing for a couple months now and maintenance has said they will put a lock on the gate after 10PM and that has yet to happen. They have put up flyers in each building twice now and this is still a problem. This occurs not only on weekends but weeknights as well. It gets really annoying having to call the polive or maintenance all the time to stop the distubance.
