Moved to Stratford Place in May 2005. Overall it has been a good experience so far. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly, though the maintenance staff could take better care to clean up after themselves.

They run nice activities for residents and the rent is reasonable. Would advise not getting an apt. off Springfield like me though. It gets noisy with the street traffic and I can't really have my window open in the summer at night.

Overall a nice place with a nice staff.
