I have lived here for too long and wasted too much money renting but that is besides the point. Its a nice place to live but dont even consider it if you work 2nd or 3rd shifts somewhere. They are very into keeping many happy by remvoving the snow at 0300 in the morning and the grass at 0800. In three years I havent had a decent nights sleep on a Thursday night during warm months due to the endless 0800 wake up lawn mowers. And dont try and talk to anyone about it its a mute (hehe) point with the management. So, overall I do say yes to living here, but expect a little less sleep unless you are the lucky few 9 to 5 ers and expect to pay too much for that little sleep.
