My fianc?? and I moved into an apartment at Stratford Place with the intentions of only staying there one year. Our lease is coming to an end so we started looking for another place. We soon realized that we wouldn't find another complex like this one. The grounds are also beautiful and always well groomed. Even in the winter the parking lot is always plowed and salted. The neighborhood is quiet with hardly any disturbances. The apartments themselves are the quietest apartments I have ever lived in and I have lived in a lot. You can't hear the people above, below or next to you. If there is ever a problem with appliances or anything else, maintenance is here within days. The staff in the leasing office is very friendly and helpful. The pool and fitness center are always clean. The apartments are across the street from Stratford mall not to mention MANY other stores and restaurants. The only negative thing I could say is that there isn??t enough storage space for all of our odd and end stuff. However, we live in the one bedroom, one bathroom (smallest) apartment. That is the only thing that is ??semi-bad??. In the long run we decided to stay here at Stratford and just get a bigger apartment.
