I moved to these apartments, new to the area. For the most part, they had stable staff who were genuinely interested in their clients. You did have to ask for things - like any upgrades that they were putting into the vacant apartments. I asked for a new stove - got it, asked for a new dishwasher - got it.

Around Spring 2007, it was clear that things were changing - the "annual appraisal" was a dead give away that the owners were selling. Sure enough, by the end of summer, there were new owners.

Since then, it has been different. Most of the previous staff have left. Staff used to know my name, now I have to spell it. With the housing market, a lot of people are leaving to buy homes (like me). AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
