Have lived there for a few years and will not be renewing my lease. The new renters coming in have gone from decent, to bad to worse. Noise is unreal. Domestic fights! I personally have had to call the Police on different occasions. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. If you are set on moving there, get a third floor apartment. Living underneath someone is awful. Every move they make you hear or feel. It's terrible!!!
