Okay, but pricey

We've lived here for a year. We are not renewing our lease. Basically, you pay for the privilege of living right next to Stratford Square Mall.
Staff was initially very friendly and helpful, but lost interest in us after we moved in. Maintenance was slow and somewhat snarky; We have serious electrical problems, which is a Big Deal to someone who cares about their expensive computer and TV/gaming equipment.
Apartment furnishings are adequate, but dishwasher was weak and rarely cleaned properly. In-unit clothes washer/dryer definitely not worth it, both are small and inefficient.
Noise was definitely a problem for our first-floor apartment; The stairwell is poorly insulated and we could hear the neighbors leaving at all hours, and residents above us were always making loud noise with their kids and dogs.
Grounds are reasonably well kept, though it's very annoying when grounds staff uses a gas powered weed-whacker right outside your window at 8am. (A problem for those of us who work later shifts.) Roads are in fair condition. They were seal-coated recently but it didn't last long.
Single-car parking garages are available for an extra monthly fee. Extra storage is available, but also for a fee. (You will likely need this, as the in-unit closets are small and few.)
