The buildings are loud to the point where every step above you and by anyone walking down the stairs is a sonic boom. And, to be quite gross, I can tell what my upstairs neighbor did in the bathroom by the sound of the water rushing through the pipes next to the kitchen. You can't get service, my garbage disposal stopped a week after moving in & it's been 3 years and it's still broken (finally gave up calling). The office is impossible to deal with. The ONLY positive is the laundry in the unit. But even that's not enough to keep me here anymore.

And the best part is when I received an eviction notice on my door claiming that I hadn't paid my rent for 2 months, I will admit it was a COUPLE days late. I called the office and was told "Oh, that was an error, disregard the letter". No apologies or anything.
