I lived at Stratford Place for only a year and I could have easily lived there much longer. The apartment was beautifully updated with a great kitchen and fireplace in particular. It was consistently quiet which almost made it feel we were not in an apartment. It was rare to hear the slightest noise from neighbors. (a nice change from my old apartment in a college town) When we first moved in, we had a couple issues with a cracks in the kitchen flooring and they came out within a couple days to replace it. The staff was always courteous and friendly. It is obvious they really care about the residents. The community had grounds that were well-kept and a stylish clubhouse. The pool was also fantastic! Yes, I am recommending this place to anyone on the hunt for an apartment.
