When I rented the apartment I dealt with Paola and she was very friendly and helpful. After that it was downhill from there with the office staff. The day I moved in was a nightmare. The girl in the office was full of attitude, and not helpful at all. At the pool they charge your guests and make you feel like a trespasser if you bring a guest in. The apartment is pretty nice, but if I knew the rest of the people in the office were as unfriendly and unproffesional as I do now I would not have taken the apartment.
