Hadn't lived in an apartment for many years so weren't sure how we would adapt. When we first moved in the staff was wonderful - they threw parties for the tenants - had a wonderful Christmas get together the first year but when new management took over in 2000 everything was different. They did not seem to care about any of us at all. We had problems with cable reception from day one and never really resolved it. Also kept blowing the circuit breaker in the kitchen and no one could figure out how to fix it permanently. The noise level wasn't too bad -didn't seem to be many children living there but the geese were a constant pain. On the plus side we had a 6th floor corner unit and it was pretty quiet as far as neighbors went. A bit too warm in the winter but we didn't pay for that so just cracked a window. All in all it wasn't a horrible experience but are happy we didn't have to live there permanently.
