This place is pretty good. I have lived here since July 2006 and am probably going to extend my lease another year.

The staff is friendly, and maintenance work is completed in a timely manner. The elevators can be slow at times but other than that, there really isn't much else to complain about.

The balconies are great and are a nice feature of these buildings. The cost of rent in my opinion is average for an apartment like this.

Parking is usually pretty good, although if you come home late at night during the week, you'll likely have a walk to get to the door.

I am lucky that I live next to some fairly quiet neighbors. Although the walls between the units are thin, and I have heard noise before, it's still quieter than most apartment buildings I have been to.

The buildings themselves seem to be in ok condition on the outside, but there are noticeable flaws in the construction. There are slightly sagging ceiling tiles and cracks in the walls. The tile work in the elevators could be repaired. My railing on the balcony could use fresh paint as well, and please someone explain the purpose of the brick columns at the front entrance'

Overall, I'm pleased with this place and I can recommend this place to a first time renter. Great neighborhood and a reasonable value.
