We loved it here!! No I am not someone that works in the office or anything like that. I was an actual tenant who lived on the 5th floor. Our apartment=beautiful. Not one complaint. When we needed something fixed it was done right away. We called one night at 7pm in the evening and the maintenance offered to come out right then and fix it. So the maintenance was awesome and knew what they were doing. Now the office staff, we loved all 3 of them. Always nice and accommodating. When we moved out we got every penny of our security deposit back. Of course we followed the move-out sheet. You can't expect to get $ back when you leave an apartment disgusting. The previous comment about the bugs. Well... all I know is we never had a problem with bugs. Sometimes dirty people bring bugs with them. All I have to say is common sense people!! A lot of the people who write reviews have no common sense. Of course you can't just move out of an apartment w/out penalty. If you bought a house and didn't like it after you moved in you can't just tell the bank "hey, i don't like it I want out." Well we loved it here, worst complaint was the parking, but that wasn't totally horrible, and realistically the office can't do much about. We loved you guys- Debbie, Paula, and Jeanette, and the always friendly maintenance guys.
