i am stuck here until august. worst mistake i have ever made, my 16 month old daughter and i live here. The elevators break all the time and when you are carrying a 16 month plus groceries up to the 5th floor you will regret it! 2 elevators! at least 1 is broken everyweek. And 2 at least once a month. I just showered in COLD water for the 2nd day in a row, i have never had a water heater break in an apartment. They suckered me in with the amenities and eat in kitchen. Don't let them do it to you. You can find something better for cheaper. Go right down the street to deer park. When i moved in they said they would fix the water damage in the kitchen, the floor buckled when they installed it, 3 months later, still nothing. I came home from work one day to find my kitchen blinds had fallen down because they hold them up with 3 screws, how dangerous! The fines for breaking a lease are hefty, people break in cars and steal your stuff. The washers and dryers are always broke! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
