Unreliable office staff not worth the hassle for average apartment

We lived at wilshire towers for 2 years. We stayed for convenience purposes. From the day we signed our lease the staff is completely clueless about how to answer questions. There are three ladies who work in the office and all have different rules about how to run things (they are very nice but clueless). We recently bought out of our lease only to discover that we owe more money because not one of the staff members can communicate how things work. Shotty craftsmanship in apartments, years of layers of paint crumble off the walls, new "remodels" are cosmetic and poorly installed. Parking lot is horribly lit, and when the parking lot lights go out they do not get replaced. Elevators are CONSTANTLY broken (seriously, daily) which makes it a very unsatisfactory place to live for people with children, elderly or even doing your laundry. Mold was discovered in our walls and creeping out of the light sockets. They did replace the wall, but huge inconvenience and a little shady. Building hallways smell like mildew. Theft is a realistic complaint. Dont be sucked in by the price tag... decent looking apartments but not up to standards for what you get.
